MY FAVORITE SELF-LOVE ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND

While essential oils are powerful on their own, they become even more impactful when blended with other complementary oils.

One of my favorite self-love essential oil blend comes from the book I Am Fabulous by Desiree Mangandog that features dozens of blends for emotional well-being.

I LOVE MYSELF SELF-LOVE ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND

12 drops grapefruit

8 drops eucalyptus

5 drops coriander

3 drops ginger

2 drops cinnamon

1 drop lemon

1 drop lavender

1 drop spearmint

Directions: place all essential oils in a 5mL rollerball and top with fractionated coconut oil. Apply to heart area or the inside of your wrists three times a day.

Desiree says to use this self-love essential oil blend when you have low self-esteem or are experiencing feelings of worthlessness. This potent blend will help you begin to feel valuable and cherished.

Everyone is different, and when it comes to essential oils, the effect they have on someone can vary from one person to the next.

For example, typically, wild orange is a very energizing and uplifting oil, but, for some individuals, this citrus oil is calming and great for sleep.

It’s essential to try a variety of oils to find the ones that are most supportive of you and your needs. I encourage oil users to get creative in the oils they use in their self-care routine, all while remaining curious and interested in how the oils are making them feel.

If one oil doesn’t work for you, don’t hesitate to try something different – even opposite – to find what works best.
