What’s new this week

Motherhood is f*cking hard at times. Okay, a lot of the times. To be honest, I was entirely unprepared for just how difficult it would be. Throughout the six months of motherhood, I’ve learned a handful of lessons that I hope help any new moms or moms-to-be feel more heard and seen, and you can learn more about them on this week’s episode.
