Self-care is such an important piece to living a life that feels fulfilling and happy. In this video, I share some of my tried and true self-care rituals, all of which will leave you feeling taken care of and nourished.

When creating self-care rituals, it’s important to remember that self-care is not selfish, self-care allows us to fill up our own cup and take care of ourselves physically and emotionally. If we are feeling run-down, exhausted, and spread too thin, it makes it near impossible to fill others up with our love and care. Not to mention, feeling constantly exhausted at your own doing is no way to be living.

While you watch this video, I challenge you to think about how each of the small and easy rituals would impact your life. Would they bring you more calm? More joy? Less anxiousness? Then, write down three to five small action steps you can take to bringing self-care into your life.

At the end of the day, remember that taking care of yourself is not a selfish or indulgent act, it is truly one necessary for living a happy life.
